Nursing assistant SRK

Workload: 20 - 80%
Start: immediately or by arrangement

You will take on simple nursing tasks and care activities to help maintain the health of our clients. You will help them to dress and undress, eat and drink and promote their mobility. You observe and document their healthy condition.

Domestic tasks may also fall within your area of work, e.g. cooking or tidying up. You are a reliable reference person for our clients and are in close contact with their relatives.

You will work in a team in close consultation with our nursing staff. Your aim is to help patients maintain their independence for as long as possible and to bring joy and confidence into their lives.

Your tasks

  • Care and support of patients

  • Observation and documentation of disease progression

  • Organizing the daily lives of patients

  • Various housekeeping activities

  • Advice and support for relatives

  • Responsibility for careful and complete electronic maintenance of care documentation in RAI-HC

  • Collaboration with employees and relatives.

Your profile

  • Completed further training as an SRK nursing assistant

  • Enjoy caring for our clients at home

  • Friendly and respectful demeanor

  • Physical and mental resilience

  • Warm, humorous attitude

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Sense of responsibility and independence

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Confident communication in German (oral and written), at least level B2

  • Driving license Cat. B and own car
