Your tasks

  • Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process

  • First point of contact for clients

  • Resource- and goal-oriented care and support

  • Advice and support for relatives

  • Instructing, coaching and advising care staff at other skill levels

  • Responsibility for careful and complete electronic management of care documentation in RAI-HC

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist departments and doctors

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/DNII.

  • You have broad specialist knowledge in the nursing and/or educational field and in supporting people with disabilities.

  • You have experience and enjoy working with people.

  • You are looking forward to helping to set up a branch.

  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility and are willing to accept and master challenges.

  • You deal with demanding situations in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
