As Deputy Head of Nursing at our branch in Zurich, you will shape and influence our range of nursing and assistance services from the very beginning. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and therefore the face of our company. Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process

First point of contact for clients

Resource- and goal-oriented care and support

Advice and support for relatives

Instructing, coaching and advising care staff at other skill levels

Responsibility for careful and complete electronic management of care documentation in RAI-HC

Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist departments and doctors
Your profile

You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/DNII.

You have broad specialist knowledge in the nursing and/or educational field and in supporting people with disabilities.

You have experience and enjoy working with people.
