  • Can I also send an unsolicited application?

    Yes, we are always on the lookout for new employees to join our team. If the right position for you is not currently advertised, please send your unsolicited application to

  • What opportunities do I have as a career starter or career changer?

    We are always happy to hear from people who share our passion for the nursing profession and would like to support us in our daily work. If you state in your application that you are a career changer or newcomer, we will cover the costs of the SRC course and register you. We will then support you until you are able to practice the profession independently.

  • What are the working hours at SpitexCare?

    Depending on the workload, employees are scheduled to work between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily; each employee has two weekends off per month.

  • Can I apply for more than one position?

    To give us a comprehensive impression of you and your qualifications, please send us your CV as well as all diplomas, certificates and references relevant to the advertised position. We would also be pleased to receive a personal cover letter describing your motivation and career.

  • Do you recognize foreign qualifications?

    Anyone wishing to work in Switzerland must have their diploma obtained abroad recognized by the SRC . The Swiss Red Cross provides information on the recognition of foreign qualifications.

  • Do I need a car to do the job?

    Yes, you need your own car to carry out your work at SpitexCare. Expenses are settled via expenses.

  • What happens after I have sent my application?

    We will review your application immediately and, if you are suitable, invite you to a personal interview where we can get to know each other better. If you are not suitable, you will receive a written reply from us.

  • What salary can I expect?

    The amount of your salary depends on your training, experience and age.
