You enjoy taking on complex care situations and maintaining an overview. In addition to your nursing activities, you will manage and coordinate the nursing process in consultation with our team. You can actively shape your working environment and make your own decisions. You bring a zest for life into our clients' homes and provide them with targeted support and encouragement. You are the trusted caregiver for their relatives. You will accompany our apprentices and provide them with advice and support.

Your tasks

  • Observation and documentation of disease progression

  • Resource and goal-oriented care and support

  • Advice and support for relatives

  • Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process

  • Instructing, coaching and advising nursing staff at other skill levels

  • Responsibility for careful and complete electronic management of care documentation in RAI-HC

  • Induction and support of new employees, apprentices and students

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist departments and doctors

Your profile

  • Completed nursing training as a healthcare specialist EFZ

  • Enjoy caring for our clients at home

  • Friendly and respectful demeanor as well as physical and mental resilience

  • Warm and humorous attitude and ability to work in a team

  • A high sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility

  • Confident communication in German (oral and written), at least level B2

  • Driving license Cat. B and own car
