Your tasks

First point of contact for clients
-
Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process
-
Resource and goal-oriented care and support
-
Advice and support for relatives, carrying out needs assessments

Instructing, coaching and advising care staff at other skill levels

Responsibility for careful and complete electronic management of care documentation in RAI-HC

Staff deployment planning

Interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist departments and doctors
Your profile

You have a qualification as a qualified nurse HF/DNII, ideally with an additional qualification in business administration.

You already have management experience.

You have experience and enjoy working with people.

You have broad specialist knowledge in the nursing and / or pedagogical field.
